Tess Naval is a freelance Stage Manager, currently residing in Chicago, Illinois. She graduated from Boston University with a BFA in Stage Management. Some recent projects include work with Albany Park Theater Project, Yale Opera's Fall Opera Scenes and their Spring Double Bill, The Pirates of Penzance and Peter Pan: Broadway's Timeless Musical with Music Theater Works, Cendrillon with North Park University, As You Like It with Eclectic Full Contact Theatre, Story+Sketch with Piven Theatre Workshop, The Trojan Women with Three Crows Theatre, The Vagina Monologues with The Aleatoric Theatre Company, the Jason Bishop Show, multiple products at SeaWorld San Antonio, Boston University Opera Institute's production of Così fan tutte, Stage Management intern at the Berkshire Theatre Group in Pittsfield, MA on the World Premiere of Thoreau, or Return to Walden and Mary Poppins, as well as La tragédie de Carmen with Boston University's Opera Institute, and Our Class with the Boston Center for American Performance. In the spring of 2015, she studied abroad in London, interning at the Pentameters Theatre in Hampstead. Tess also has a passion for costume design, watercolor, tap, jazz, ballet, and environmental science.
